User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information, including passenger details and contact numbers. Travelers are responsible for possessing valid travel documents (ID, passport, visa) and arriving at departure points on time. We reserve the right to cancel bookings for disruptive behavior.
Limitation of Liability
Travishta acts solely as an agent for third-party service providers (hotels, transport). We are not liable for personal injury, property damage, or travel delays caused by these providers, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control.
