Booking Cancellation
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled departure will be eligible for a full refund (less processing fees). Within 48 hours, a 50% cancellation fee may apply.
Refund Timeline
Once a cancellation is approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. The actual time to reflect in your account may vary by bank.
No-Show Policy
In the event of a no-show without prior notification, the full booking amount will be forfeited. We encourage travelers to communicate any changes to avoid this.
