A taste from your trip
Kadri Manjunath Temple
An old hill temple with a calm courtyard and a famous bronze Lokeshvara. The evening session starts around 4 PM. Dress modestly.
If it rains: A wet Shiradi ghat can be slow and foggy, so we leave early and the driver keeps a safe pace. In heavy rain skip Panambur Beach and sit in a cafe on the Kadri side instead, or visit the old port. Kadri temple stays open.
