Cheeyappara Waterfalls
A seven step waterfall seen from the roadside. Fullest after the rains, thinner in the dry months. Keep your bags with the driver.
If it rains: The NH85 hill road is slow in heavy rain and the two waterfalls will be at their fullest, so keep a few extra minutes at the roadside. Skip Pothamedu if it is thick with cloud and have a hot tea in town instead. Check in early and rest.
